Food was ok. Half of my order was not in the bag. It took forever from the time you paid until the time you received your food. It’s like the didn’t cook your order until you paid. I was in drive thru no joke about 40 minutes. I would go back I believe it was an employee shortage is all.

We drive out of the county to this location because it's always worth the wait. Unfortunately tonight our order came out wrong but considering our town is out of so much...I scrapped my onions off and was grateful. Very sweet service window attendee.

I can't say how the food is however, the customer service is terrible. My boyfriend and I wanted to grab something before we headed back out on the road. We didn't realize the lobby was closed but when we pulled up in the drive through he had asked if they would be opening the lobby anytime soon. Whoever was working the drive through at the time was horrible. She was extremely rude, we didn't even want to eat anything from there just because of her.

For 10 dollars of food we should get more. This is not even a small fry. Y’all be careful n check ur food cause you never get what u pay for. Krystals y’all need to do better in satisfying your customers
