Food was cold, it had been sitting there for a while. Ordered the impossible whopper and it was cold. Went back a second time and still a very poor experience. It was dinner time and the place was empty and no one in the drive thru

Complaing with safety rules great fast service.
Burger King recently had some trouble whereby they allow double coupons to be used on a lot of their burgers and it cost franchise nearly 9 million dollars total. So I'm sure they're revisiting all their coupons over the last 30 days the PR has been harsh I'm sure driven by a few of the franchisees and their minions
