Very unorganized way for serving customers. There’s no coordination between NYC and DTW locations. I had to spend triple money for shipping charges $ 540.00,and have to visit 5 times on different dates to drop off a urgent shipment to Surat,India.

I Unplugged my Brinks Smart Home Security System panel to move my desk and no-one, NO-ONE called me to find out why my panel was disconnected. When I called and asked why I did not receive a call, I was told that it was my responsibility to …William, I am so sorry to hear you had an awful experience. What happens if theres a hold up? Cause in my opinion. Cash out in the open isnt safe for the customers. Customers could get held hostage? Garda dose theirs in secret. I wish the poilicy was changed. But thats just my opinion.
