Brought my phone in for a new charger port. I work in trades and always beat my phones up pretty bad. I assumed it needed a replacement. Dropped it off here. Scooped it up a few hours later without a service charge. They cleaned up the port and got it working without having to replace or charge me. I had a great experience and saved a few bucks. Thanks to their team for the help! I’ll be back once I break this phone some more.

If they had an option for a lower star I would choose that. do not bring your phone here. My husband Came here to to see if they could fix his battery to get more battery life. his phone was completely fine before that he works at AT&T and there was no indicator of water damage after a day they said it was fixed my husband got his phone back and it would not stay on longer than five seconds we brought it back to asurion the next day they said there nothing could be done because there was water damage so I don’t know what they did between a 24 hour span but now they’re saying that we have to make a claim through AT&T when we both seen the indicator it was not red before which means there’s no water damage and now all the sudden there’s is damage do not trust these people they do not fix your phone and oblivious to everything.
