I can't thank them enough. We needed a life flight back to Nashville and had to get oxygen in place before they would book it. My sister got the owner on the phone with the first call. They had the equipment ready the next morning (on a Saturday). Outstanding service!

Nick Watson worked with me to find the right motorized chair for my mother. I looked at an expensive one but he explained that based on my mother’s apartment, she would need a smaller one to meet her needs and to be able to maneuver it. I really appreciated his knowledge and honesty about another, less expensive chair. The entire staff was pleasant and welcoming from the time I walked in the door. I called ahead and told them I had my dog with me and they said ”come on— we are a dog friendly place!” And they were! The whole demonstration and transaction took about 15-20 minutes. My mother is thrilled with her new motorized chair. Thank you Nick and Williams Medical Supply!

Megan and Matt have been amazingly helpful to my family. My mom has to say odd colostomy is an understatement. They have been so patient, helpful, and kind to help. Everyone I have interacted with has been nothing but kind. I can not imagine going through this journey without their guidance amd kindness.

Customer service was horrible when I went to pick up my items that were prepaid for. A woman putting lipstick on just looked at me when I stood at the counter not being acknowledged by anyone else. Their prices are a ripoff! Buy on Amazon. Williams price was 3.5 times the amount of Amazon. Definitely won’t recommend this place or shop here again!
