Ordered the vegetarian pho, the seitan spring rolls and the seitan sandwich. Not very good and the restaurant smelled bad.

Awful. No sense of customer service whatsoever. Went to pick up and order and waited 15 minutes without anyone even taking the decency to greet me. Finally I got fed up and had to call into the kitchen several times as no employees were coming out. I was simply told to wait. I saw a group that was waiting as well who also got fed up with the wait and just left. There was another couple at a table saying they were waiting 20 minutes for their food. Nor to mention the place smells like actual fecal matter. I had to keep my nose plugged. Whether you’re picking up and order as a courier or looking for a bite to eat, avoid this place at all costs. Don’t understand how places like this even operate. This happened 9/22/22 at about 12:15pm

Idk why this place moved to a restaurant model when all of their business is takeout. Seems to have gone downhill since their move from Broadway to Clark. Super inefficient, more than they were before if you can believe it.

Some of the best banh mi I’ve had in a while! The bubble tea is a bit hit or miss but the banh mi itself is the real draw
