I called their published phone number at 3:00 on a Thursday. An answering service told me that they think that the business is closed today (?!) Seconds later, I was told that, "they're probaby busy." I'm not sure what the answer is, but this is undoubtedly a part-tine hobby business that has chosen to sell essential supplies for those of us that society doesn't care much about. These low-end customer service companies seem to flourish in this business. Not for me.

I visited Kramer Medical Suppliers in Joliet Monday 11/8/21 and was very appreciative to Catherine for her help in getting my sleep apnea machine working. She fixed it very quickly and had her usual wonderful attitude which I appreciate. It is unbelievable that this medical supplier is directing all calls to answering service, not returning calls and not responding to inquries submitted via their website. Sleep devices used to combat airway obstruction are vital and it is utterly rude, offensive and negligent that Kramer is mishandling the needs of customers.
