The young man with dark hair has more knowledge about shoes than anyone that I have ever met! I hate shoe shopping as I have back and ankle issues. I did alot of research online before going into the store and knew what I was looking for. . Honestly- I kind of ignored him at first while I was looking - and as he was talking to my husband I realized that what he was saying was not just a way to try to upsell shoes. They didn't have the ones that I needed in stock- but he managed to find a pair that had been returned due to size- so I could try a pair on from the same company and determine which size I needed. . Ended up ordering them thru him and had them expedited ( I wanted them before going on a trip). This was at the end of the end of October- and I wear these shoes every day at work - and during the Holidays that meant some days were 10- 12 hours long. I love these shoes. And I will forever be going back to thises young man to buy my shoes. My husband was so impressed with him that he plans to go there the next time he needs to buy more shoes. We were so impressed with this young man's knowledge! Kudos for this young man!

If you buy a floor model treadmill. they are not going to load in your vehicle. How can you expect customer to take large equipment from store into their vehicles. And they are not even ready to load the new treadmill and suggesting to rent a vehicle or purchase installation service. Never encountered this type of customer service. I will never shop here.
