Hi Mariana. Serving size is vary by person but 3-5 capsules is a recommended serving. Mixing the strains is a personal flavor but I’ll reccomend taking one strain at a time

From what research I've done, it does not.
I've spoke with someone there last week regarding the same issues. I came away with a couple Maeng Da strains that have helped me with the pain. I have not taken any prescription medication in three weeks. While this has worked well for me, it may not give you the same relief it has given me. Just as we all experience Fibro pain differently so do we experience relief. The website has so much information regarding the strains and their uses that I placed my first order online. The second time I went to the Bucktown store, Elijah was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
