Avoid this place if possible. I had to return for bloodwork because they lost my first results. The thing that really hurt us that they charged me for the service even though they couldn’t provide the results. I called to complain about the charge and they politely told me to go pound sand.

I’ve been getting my blood drawn here for years with great satisfaction! Coincidentally it’s been Carlos who always does it and have never had anything but professional and efficient service! They used to have their own office just down the street that was more patient friendly as far as seating and staff but the employees are awesome. Just like when you go to the dmv(all lower case because we all know that bites) you have to be patient and wait with all the other peasants! The biggest help I use is their appointment option which works just fine.

I seriously hope Labcorp signed a short term, lease for the space they occupy at Walgreen's on Monterey in Palm Desert and intend to find another location asap!! This location is, (in a word) HORRIFIC!!. I had an appointment for 2pm and was notified to come to the front that my appointment was ready. No one apparently had opened the door to the labcorp entrance for over 45 minutes. Everyone in the reception area had been waiting over an hour- No one came to get me for my 2pm appointment. I waited until 2:50 before I left without getting my bloodwork done (it needed to be done by today). There was no sign of life through the closed door entrance to labcorp - maybe someone was actually in there - who knows? Kimberly Valentine
