So I’m into watches. I have been since I was a small kid. Over the last 5-10 years I have been going to various AD’s to check out watches, talk about watches, get things serviced, and in some instances buy watches. James and sons honestly has been the best experience so far. And here’s why. Firstly, they treat you with respect. Almost every other AD I’ve been to treats me like some peasant and are very disrespectful. James and Sons is filled with people that are genuinely kind. Secondly, they are honest about their timelines and follow through on inquiries about watches. I wanted a black bay pro, I put down a deposit and they told me it would take between 5-8 months. 6 months later I got the call. There wasn’t any sketchiness on their part, and they were true to their word. Lastly, I wish they had more selection of watches at their Lincoln park location, and maybe carried Rolex at that location as well but that’s ok. All in all, I will be going back to James and Sons. I want to specifically call out all the employees who helped me, hung out with me, and just in general were kind. Thanks to all of you! Jose I appreciate you! There were two other employees as well but I cannot remember their names but I appreciate you as well!

Went in to get my ring resized. VERY affordable to get that done. Very professional, helpful, honest and down to earth super friendly staff! Highly recommend. I live in the area so this location is very convenient. They have a GORGEOUS selection of jewelry. If you haven't visited this location, GO! Just browse! You will NOT be disappointed. There's something for everyone!
