Made an appointment for protection training eval and i waited over an hour to be seen by a trainer. When we finally seen the trainer(s) they did not introduce themselves or what the evaluation consisted of. We were honestly very unaware of what the appt would consist of and the lack of communication did not make us feel at ease. During the evaluation we were told to hold our dog back as they waived a tied towel. My dog was curious but was unaware what to do with it as were we. They did it for like two minutes and then said our dog wasn't ready. They advised to do the basic obedience class with intro to protection but our dog has done obedience classes so we don't want to continue to spend money on the same thing. Plus with the lack of enthusiasm and communication showed by the trainers in the eval i am not sure how much more they will do in an intro. They gave us a tip to build our dogs confidence which was appreciated but it was just an awkward two mins after waiting for them for an hour. I don't think I will be back after that encounter. I hope others are able to get more out of them than we were because we were so excited and were let down by training staff. The girl upfront was nice and honest though.

Hi, for 10 group obedience/protection classes, the cost is $390.00. For In-Kennel Training, where you board your dog and the trainers train your dog, the cost is $2,300.00. Your puppy would stay for 3 weeks. Please call our office tomorrow after 10am for more information.

We do work with Malamutes, but 10 weeks old is too young. Training can start at 3 months (~12 weeks) of age.
