After reading some pretty positive reviews, we decided to try Northern Cafe. Unfortunately, our experience was not a positive one and it did not live up to our expectations. We ordered 2 items, Orange Chicken and Chicken Chow Mein since we felt that would be a safe try on our first time visit. Even though there seemed to be a shortage of chicken in the chow mein, we liked the noodles very much. Otherwise, it was just OK. With the Orange Chicken, I certainly would not call it fresh. It seemed almost like it was made some time ago, reheated and then possibly adding some additional sauce. The chicken was very chewy, consistant with how reheated chicken gets. No way was this freshly cooked chicken. The help was very friendly but it is doubtful that we would return since there are so many other chinese restaurants that we have found much better.

I liked the dumplings we tried different ones but the noodles ste too bland fo my taste, customer service is good
