I have rented here a few times and they are always on point. Things are a bit messy right now because of construction, they are working out of trailers, but - Service is always friendly and quick and they generally have a huge selection of vehicles and trailers in stock. Definitely recommend!

Always good service here...however because of construction of their new facility van was dirty like it was just driven through a snow storm.

I rented a 6x12 open trailer and they were very efficient upon check-in and even better up on return. Pretty smooth. The facility is going through a major renovation so you have to go into a small trailer but they are making things work.

BEWARE. This place gives customers vehicles without a full tank of gas any then expects the customer to be able to GUESS how much gas to add back in, and then CHARGES you for more gas! I took a picture of the fuel level and returned it with a comparable amount…AND WAS CHARGED $15 for more 3 more gallons of gas…after adding 2 myself…it was a 24 mile trip!!! No way that little truck used 5 gallons of gas in 24 miles!!! I waited 15 minutes for someone to check the unit back in…They had one person checking the unit back in and even he was shocked to see that nobody came out to help me! And if you want your car to be clean if you leave it there…avoid this dirt lot place. I’ve responded and am filing a complaint. Terrible service and a total gas scam…BEWARE.
