They rarely answer I've been living there for 2 years and only been answered immediately 3 times you have to go up to the office to actually get any help.

Nothing is included. They have a insurance fee($12) and a valet garbage fee ($17). Water is not included or electric or cable. They have a nice pool and friendly staff. 700 deposit fee for good credit and mayne cheaper if yoj have a good history for renting. I live here. Its decent .
