Pros: Maintenance staff and building staff are wonderful. Many great neighbors, the pool is lovely and they keep it open for as long as possible. Cons: The building has a lot of noise issues including the HVAC being very loud, loud kids running in the hallway, you can hear your upstairs neighbors very easily.

I visited a friend here a couple of weeks back and was impressed. Clean and seems well run. Met two of the staff there- Guy working by the pool (gorgeous pool) and Alexandra. I chatted with both and they were so nice. Alexandra was really friendly and polite, knew all about the building and what might come open soon, and everyone passing seemed to know her well. Residents all seemed nice too! We are looking to move to the area come fall and this will be on our short list.
