I enjoyed the staff that actually went through a program or struggled with addiction themselves. They really made me feel like I could achieve what they have achieved. The day to day really does not allow much time for anything but siting around in groups that typically turn into what you did wrong or who you offended that day. I think the comment of "you can't get up because you are sick for group but, when you did dope or drank you still got up didn't you"? The large group settings and staff being over ran by the need of these woman is overwhelming and you will feel the understaffing by the comments and day to day attitudes. They did get me into my sobriety and I've stayed on that path. Just be ready for a lot of wow moments.

I hated it. So much immature teenage behavior and the one counselor was awful. I would not recommend! Stupid rules that make no sense to treatment and it literally made me want to use more. I had a seizure and not one person came to see why I wasn't in group. They don't observe you as they should, but treat you like a child in all other aspects while you're staying there. Some people need this kind of "parenting" but not grown women who do not act like children! I really would recommend another treatment facility, but if you are homeless and really bad off and in need of supervising... This is the place for you! I left after 2 weeks and this was my third time there. I will never go back and was clean when I entered treatment and clean since I left. You have to want to be sober... No treatment center that treats you like your a child makes you want sobriety

This facility is an absolute blessing. The administration is comprised of consummate rehabilitation professionals. They are knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and extremely helpful. FCC has a higher success rate than that of other treatment centers for a reason. Kiana Brown, her staff, and the councilors are prepared for any and all crisis prevention and intervention needs a consumer may have. Their recourses are far reaching. The state of Missouri should continue to increase their funding exponentially as it is well utilized in all respects, saving hundreds of lives annually. Thank you FCC.
