Alyssa was a real gem. I guess I disturbed her down time. Had a bad attitude because she had to get up off the chairs she was laying on. I knew what I wanted but she kept talking over me. Got my shoes and left. The gentleman that was there last week was very polite. Where was he at? Poor customer service today.

Me and my wife bought three pairs of shoes plus Inserts. (About $400) Ordered me the wrong shoes even though they were the exact ones I was wearing when I went into the store. Went back and they still couldn’t figure it out. My wife had to come back for wrong fitment. They didn’t try using that laser fitment machine they advertise. No apology ether time, just here’s your money back on my two pairs. Found them online in 2 minutes at a competitor CHEAPER at DSW. 4 employees there on a Monday. Waste of time.

I was in here looking for running shoes yesterday. Tavon is amazing! Fantastic with customers! He is super knowledgeable about their products and he was able to help me very efficiently. Spent $250 in there because of Tavon! You don’t normally find service like that in most places. I have stayed away from that store for awhile because the service wasn’t that great. Will frequent it more often with people like that in there!
