As a contractor I tend to stay at Extended stay for convenience. Not sure if it’s because of COVID or the lack of staff but by far this has been the worse place I have stood. The only 5 Star I would give would be to Ms. Patty at the front desk. She is so sweet and willing to help but my situation was beyond help. It’s great that there are places that allows pets but you if you do, you should have special cleaning to the rooms afterwards and not just put a plugin to mask the order. My room smelled like urine and it was disgusting as far as cleanliness. The shower in the bathroom was mounted on the wrong wall so when I would take a shower the entire floor would get wet. It was a stressful few days. With the amount of $5800 for the month, not acceptable, they need to do better.

This hotel was great! Awesome location and suites. Lori and Christine were excellent attendants for the front desk, providing what we needed when we asked. A nice simple breakfast was provided too! Would stay again

We (husb & wife + 2 small dogs) have been here a couple of months while house hunting and while it’s snowing outside I thought I ‘d leave a quick review. It isn’t luxurious, but it is comfortable. The small kitchen area (two burners, no oven, full fridge, top & bottom cabinets and sink) is a HUGE help as we don’t have to rely on eating out, which saves us A LOT of money. We have plenty of privacy bc we chose to clean our own room and change linens as often as we want. The laundry room is always clean, and I’ve rarely had to wait for a washer/dryer. The quiet hours are something they are VERY strict about, which is helpful, as we have quite a few traveling nurses who stay here. There have been a few unsavory guests, but hasn’t been an issue, as they don’t stay long. I do want to say there have been guests with children here off and on, and when the weather is nice, there is plenty of room outside to play (no equipment but a large field) I DO WANT TO CAUTION that during inclement weather THERE IS NOWHERE for kids to play. There is NO community room to gather, only a very small lobby, which can get quite crowded at times. Our dogs have settled nicely, plenty of room outside to play and walk, with walking paths a short drive down the road for longer walks. The wifi is adequate, let me explain (husb insists🙄) For online shopping/searching/Twitter/and our ROCU and simple arcade type games, BUT MULTI PLAYER COMPLEX GAMES will not work here. This has been “our” only major complaint. The staff is just lovely. You treat them with kindness & respect and they will go out of their way to help any way they can. I can’t thank them enough for their smiling faces & friendly kind words. One more thing, this is a VERY pet friendly place, which was a major concern for us, as our dogs have always had their own yard, and they’ve had NO issues adjusting. But I will say that the amount of salt used here is excessive and no amount of talking or complaining has mattered. So we’ve had to be very careful when walking during /after storms. Otherwise, as hard as house-hunting has been, it’s nice to come back to a space we can call our own.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. Hotel had a bad smell and the bed was very uncomfortable. I tried to checked out right after i saw the room but the area was sold out. Next morning, @10AM, an hour before check out, house keeping starts knocking at my door. I was in the rest room getting ready around 11 AM when someone barged into my room without knocking. I stepped out and they were gone. I figured it was probbaly house keeping. Next thing the phone rings non stop and i get a knock right after. This was about 11:15 AM. I open the door and Lori at the front desk tells me checkout is at 11. I stay at hotels often for work and pleasure and i have never been harassed for being 15 mins past checkout. Barging into a guest room without knocking and then calling non stop and knocking my door. It was so creepy I left in a hurry.

We stayed here for about a month but I'm not sure what the rates are. They are very helpful and I am sure they will be able to answer your question if you call them.
