Went to pick up a package on a missed delivery. Super helpful staff, super friendly, and the package was there!!! All good. Location a bit out of the way, but parking available and easy to get in and out. Very knowledgeable staff.

HORRIBLE, they lie and say they have attempted a delivery but know they have not. You then cannot get your package until the next day and they do not care. One manager was laughing on the phone but thought I was on hold. Waste of money.

You dont have the tools for pickup just drop ot off. They dont go to your door if you call and ask for pickup
