Friday, 7/8/22... the employees were sitting on the counters and ignored my father whom had my 2 girls. The employees begrudgingly finally made it to them and had no sense of wanting to provide service. My father finally decided to leave and my daughter turned to look back and they made an aggressive action as if they wanted to come at her and hit her. My daughter was clearly upset and we will not be visiting this or any Baskin Robbins again... there is a reason they have fallen off the map as premiere ice cream place..

Store was filthy. Went in at 7:30 p.m. after dinner elsewhere for a sweet treat. They didn't have chocolate ice cream, we ordered vanilla. Then found out they didn't have hot fudge even though there's a hot fudge container behind the counter. The ice cream freezer had so much condensation you couldn't see what ice creams were there and they weren't labeled. All of the containers for ice cream cones were tipped Helter skelter everywhere. We won't be back. This is a Baskin-Robbins that share space with Dunkin' Donuts. We won't be coming to Dunkin either. Well we ate our ice cream the two young men who were staffing the restaurant came out in the parking lot and started yelling at somebody and a car. Very odd.

Ice cream looked mixed up. Flies around. Worker looked high. Machine was broken and unable to get what we wanted.

My first time visiting this location. I had good expectations as I’ve never had an issue with baskin robins before. This must have been the worst service I have experienced in a long time. The counter person took forever to assist us even though we were the only ones in the store, not to mention he had head phones in the whole time. He never wore gloves while serving us and I could see that his hands were still dirty from making shakes earlier. The ice cream selection was non existent and they had no toppings available either. When asked for a sundae they said “they didn’t make those” and didn’t even bother to look for more product. If your in the area and have a craving for ice cream I would highly suggest avoiding this place. You’d have better luck at McDonald’s and there machines almost always broke!
