Dr Chidester is the best of the best I have had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in the doors for a consultation to the moment I went in for surgery I have had nothing but a great experience. He explained to me what I truly needed and listened to all my concerns. Dr chidester always has a smile and makes you feel welcome. on my day of surgery I was nervous but of course he was friendly and professional and when over all my questions . My procedure when smooth love my results my medications were given in this cute box when I left after my procedure with written instructions the after care was amazing all the nurses always available to answer any questions. Every time I come in for all my follow ups they make me feel welcome from the moment I step in to the office the front desk is always so nice with a beautiful smile , the nurses and Dr chidester are always pleasant and professional I just can’t stop saying good things about them , thank you again! It truly feels like a family environment and I couldnt be any happier with my results .

Just so you are aware they hid my last review somehow. It was no longer visible on here. I had friends and family check and no one could see it so I re-posted it. I Cannot recommend this office or surgeon. I had surgery here and most of the recovery process was a nightmare and it started when we left the surgical center. Went downhill from there. They sent me home before I was even awake. They never told my husband how to strip my drains. They didn’t tell me I should take Tylenol. The post op appointment that dr Chiddy actually attended he stepped in for no more then a minute and stepped right back out. I had wounds that wouldn’t heal and they kept putting me off even when I voiced concern. I finally consulted with other surgeons who gave me tips on how to heal my wounds. They also said I wasn’t the first person from this office to need a revision. After sharing my story publicly I had people start reaching out with their negative experiences. I had an allergic reaction to a product and the Dr laughed, said “ if something’s going to go wrong it will happen to you”, and didn’t give me another option. Again had to consult a different surgeon for options. They repeat over and over that wounds and revisions are so common but they aren’t with other surgeons. Did I mention my left nip points to the side? I voiced concerns about my scars when they looked wide and felt like they were getting thick. Once again, nothing was done. Other surgeons have said they should’ve been treated with injected steroids and monitored very closely. When I voiced concern with my overall aftercare the response was only focused on how competent the staff is. They do not take responsibility for care that is lacking. If you have a big Instagram following then you should be just fine. Definitely do your research outside of social media

While I haven’t been a client myself, I am a Lymphatic Drainage therapist and I work on people post op all the time. Today I had the pleasure of working with one of your patients. You can always tell a good surgeon by 1) The belly button and 2) By how they handle post op care (drains, compression garments etc.) Your work is top notch! Would highly recommend this surgeon to anyone.
