I would give it half a star but their is no button! I got to say ive lived in winthrop two years and I was excited when this Dunkin' opened up! But ever since I began going to here theyve gotten my order wrong more times then I can count! The donuts ive paid for are constantly melted. Employees constantly on their phone when I go through drive through and making g me wait 15 mins to get my coffee which was waiting on the counter. Or when they all outside taking smoking brakes at the same time and no one is in the store which I'm waiting on them to finish to order. The manager does NOT take no action when you explain the problems of your experience their and employees are bad mouthing other in employees in front of customers. The store manager needs to fix his machines that are constantly braking and their AC is never working tis the reason their donuts constantly melted. Ive witnessed their work ethics and I believe someone needs to get someone higher then the store owner involved. Their machines are dirty, bathroom is ALWAYS dirty along with their lobby.

I absolutely love this dunking. When I moved to Winthrop this is the place I went every single day.. sometimes twice a day. They made sure they got my coffee right. It's so important for me to get a good cup of coffee when I wake up. I love the boss there ((can't remember her name) and I love Ricardo!! If you go to Dunkin in Winthrop say hi to Ricardo

Never ever get unsweetened ice tea here. I can handle my tea being strong or even a bit bitter, but every time I get it here, it's undrinkable. Now I drive the extra 5 minutes to the Manchester Dunkin.

This is a consistently good Dunkin. I’ve had issues with other loc Dunkin’s making things different every time, but this one is consistently perfectly made and they are always quick and nice here.
