We were Burt's clients many years ago. Burt's was sold and the owners could have cared less about the clients. We moved our prescriptions to another local pharmacy. The owner was extremly rude and talk about waiting!!! We have been back at Burt's Newbury Park for about three years and we have never had an issue. All employees have been courteous and professional.

Prescriptions are never ready on time. Even if they tell you a pick up time you will probably have to wait. Waited over half hour. Going to go elsewhere.

I don’t even know what to say about this place, anymore. This month they actually filled the prescription in 24 hours rather than an entire week, but then they failed to transfer it to the Moorpark store, in spite of the voicemail I left attached to the automated refill request, reminding them to transfer it to Moorpark (it always gets transferred to Moorpark, I live literally 2 minutes from that store). When I failed to get a call from the Moorpark store yesterday afternoon/evening and again today, I called Newbury Park only to be told that they still have it. It was never sent out, in two days. I do EVERYTHING I possibly can to make sure it goes smoothly every month, and they still will not follow through properly on their end. I cannot win. It’s now supposed to be transferred to Moorpark tomorrow, so I asked what time it’s usually delivered and I was told typically between 3-5pm. I asked because Moorpark doesn’t seem to let people know the prescriptions are available for pick up until closing time or even after closing, and I want to actually pick it up tomorrow. Will it actually show up in Moorpark tomorrow? Will I actually be able to pick it up tomorrow? Who knows! Here’s hoping.
