The ROA experience beats them all. They are a whole other level of courtesy, knowledge, and expertise. I was looking for a Conqueror UEV 490, I was searching for a reputable dealer to order from, or take delivery from stock. I found some in Idaho, Texas, and Utah; I'm in SoCal, (did not find a dealer in Cali),so I just wanted to look at one in person before deciding who to buy from. Labor Day weekend was the only opportunity I had to get out of town to see one. A dealer in Idaho flaked out on me. I contacted Nate at ROA, he said it would not be a problem to accommodate me, and he was very respectful of my time. Josh was good enough to meet us at ROA on his day off with everything ready for us to tour the trailer. Josh was beyond courteous and knowledgeable; great tour. My wife and I decided right then that ROA was the place to get our new trailer. Jax came in to take care of all the official biz. Jax was great, he went over all the details, and what to expect when registering the trailer in CA. We drove away with our new trailer very happy. A really outstanding group of people at ROA. I'm telling all my friends.

Overall our experience was good. Found some things missing on the PDI that need to be taken care of through warranty. We have had mostly a good experience but there are some things that could be improved on. We asked lots of questions that were not able to be answered.
