Very disappointing. My son had an appointment 5/16 @ 4:30p.m. to be interviewed for a position He showed up at 4:15 only to be turned away and told to try again tomorrow? That didn’t sit well to me as far as professionalism, He had an appointment scheduled this was not a walk in. If he wasn’t qualified that would’ve been fine but to be unprofessional about it was not ok. The Manager wasn’t even there and the lobby had all the lights off as if they were closed. COME ON MANAGEMENT YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES otherwise why is that building even up and running?? This is Wendy’s 13119 N Dale Mabry hwy

My problem isn't with the staff, l go to lunch at 3pm and they shut the dining room. I don't want drive through. If you're consistently closing the dining room during business hours then you need to up your hiring game.

This Wendy’s at Dale mabry and Fletcher (Fresh Market plaza) just served me an ice cold hamburger that didn’t even look fully cooked. It obviously was partially cooked a while ago and set aside. Fries were nice and hot but not returning here ever. Their slogan is “always fresh”. Don’t think this was the case.

6/13/21 at 9:50pm Forgot half my order. When I opened the bag 2 cheese sauces spilled over everything. When I went inside to ask about my order I was called a liar until I walked to the front door to get the customer service number then I was told I was correct and they pulled out the original bag of food I ordered as if they were going to eat it themselves and that's why they didn't give me the third bag in the drive thru. NEVER EAT HERE. My chicken sandwhich was reheated and dark. Cheese sauce was cold. Customer Service extremely bad.
