I suggest setting up an automated email to educate tenants on best practices for moving out. Really stings to know that leaving a foldable chair in the balcony and a couple smudges in the fridge cost me $110. I was given minor concessions, but still.

This review is for the current internet situation. I'm getting over 350mbps down, and that is over WiFi. Hardwired you can get even faster, and all the units have a decent quality Ubiquity hotspot in a mini networking closet. You do have a shared external IP, as far as I can tell, but can get the ISP to setup a static address if you need it. I'm just posting this to clear up earlier reviews mentioning the internet connectivity. In September - November of 2021 there were outages and issues, but this problem has been resolved for nearly a year. I'm not sure exactly what they did to resolve it, but I believe we started out with Point to Point wireless (probably Ubiquity's product), and now there is fiber. (Though I cannot confirm, nobody has let me poke around to get the technical details.) Regardless, the network situation appears to have been resolved for some time now. Also, the $155 media package - actually includes Trash Pickup, Amenities such as the Pool/Gym(s), the outside trash cans, doggy pickup bag/trash stations, small park, landscaping, and mailroom. So, it's not just internet. People saying that you pay $155 for wifi are misleading you. That is all I have to post. Just an update.

I change my mind. They’re not here to help you they’re not here to make your life better they’re not here to make your living better it’s overpriced the Internet is trash and the people at the front desk are all new, unhelpful, unfriendly, and stupid. Do not move in. It is so expensive and not worth it.
