First, the haircut that was presented was not provided. It is sad when you go home and feel as though you have to cut your hair. When asking for layers, they hairstylist said it was given, but was not. Curtain bangs, did not even know how to do and the cut was uneven. The saddest part is that when another client got there (probably paying more money) the hairstylist, said "Well, my next client is here, we are done, I can not finish". You left a client with unfinished hair. The thing is, you never know who is in your chair. It could be a social media influencer, a person with sponsors, or a person with depression looking for a pick me up. The fact that someone is willing to let someone go unfinished does not care what goes on social media or just word of mouth. I do not and would not recommend a place that puts money before the client. **UPDATE** I spoke with the owner Lori. She did offer her apologies and will be speaking with the hairstylist. She offered to redo the haircut with (I think she said Conditioning) or another service, complimentary. She did try to correct the situation. However, as I told Lori, I do not think we will be getting the cut corrected at her location, or be going back for any services at this time.
