This was probably one of the worst retail experiences I have had in a long time. Came in for help sorting out the ordering from the website with supply chain difficulties in a shower plumbing system for a major master bathroom remodel. I’m spending 4K ++ and Laurie treats me like I’m a confused old lady. She starts by chiding me for trying to order on my own from the website, has an attitude throughout about my choice of finishes. Never goes the extra mile to actually find out when the ordered items will be sent. Blaming condescending attitude. I have to get them in place soon so 4 months delivery won’t work. Ended up I’m ordering double of expensive several valves and fixtures now and face the bother of returning. Not a helpful or customer friendly experience at all. Think I’ll try my luck elsewhere.

Needed an emergency replacement kitchen faucet. Went to Ferguson's and met Phil. Showed him a photo of our existing faucet and he immediately knew both the brand and model number! Although it is no longer available, Phil helped us find a replacement of comparable style that was in stock. Great service.

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
