We passed another meat packer to get to this one. The facility is so clean and everything was packaged very nicely and they gave us exactly what we asked for. We had a whole cow processed there. They did a great job and we will definitely use then again!

Just got back and filled our freezer with 225 lbs of beautiful beef. Came off a one-year old Jersey/Angus heifer we raised. She weighed 660 on the hoof. Helms always does a great job. Got more meat back than we expected. All cut perfect, vacuum sealed, and labeled. They take the time to hear what we want and give us valuable tips on how to have it processed. We have taken two beef cows and many lambs to Helms. Never disappointed. Highly recommend. Update: They do all of our lambs also, at least 15 so far. Excellent service, great price, and very reliable!

UPDATE: We have eaten beef from other butchers and none compare to taste of the beef from Helms. Helms is the best. They aged and processed a cow we split and the meat was amazing. The place was super clean. The folks at Helms helped us load the meat and were very friendly. We will use Helms again.
