For the most part is good. The staff, for the majority , nice. But you have this little kids working there that do absolutely nothing, which is why lately they take too long. You have staff working for other staff that are just standing there picking and choosing who they want to stick. This little Indian kid there is way too immature to work there. Doesn’t do absolutely nothing. A more mature staff would be nice.

I wanted to give back, to donate (yet I was naïve to the complexity of what CSL is doing) and now so impressed! This location is top-notch! Thanks to many reasons, like it's super organized, and I appreciate their level of efficiency. So a shout out goes to Saul Holt, the floor supervisor, keeping the "flow" rolling and the incredible staff of Phlebotomists and Technicians (also it starts with front desk staff, fast and well educated, even the security guard is friendly, yet keeps the place running smoothly) because it's serious work they all are doing.) They all make it interesting. I like their medical knowledge and interaction plus some of them are funny, making you feel great during the entire experience. I've seen them under pressure and even during an electrical outing, the Plasma floor runs smoothly. I find it relaxing, and rewarding. Personally I am flattered that I'm healthy enough to do so. The medications my plasma makes, saves lives. Its a good feeling!

Depends on how much you weigh... But the maximum is $55 first visit of the week and $60 the second. But all new donors get $100 the first 8 visits.

Like two pieces of mail with your address that is on your license and has your full name. Like a light bill , credit card or bank statement, govt. Assistance letter , etc.
The first time you go, you will be there a couple of hours or more. You have to get through the educational materials and videos. After the initial time it's usually about an hour (sometimes less) as long as all goes well. If there is any issue with the machine or with the vein you are donating with, it can definitely prolong the donation process. Be sure that you are well hydrated starting from the day before and also the day you plan to donate. Being hydrated helps the process to go faster in my experience.
We are open 7 days, as of 3 weeks ago. The suggested hours on Google are incorrect. The hours posted above and, are correct. Hope that helps.
