Fast service, clean store, friendly staff. I've been to this location several times and they never disappointed. Usually, I order through the app and pick up my smoothie within 5 minutes and it's always the right consistency and temperature. Definitely my go-to smoothie place.

Disgusting customer service!!!! K Williams or whatever he said his name was should NOT be working in customer service. I walked in as the man was washing dishes with headphones in. I stood for about 4 mins no one to greet still and when he walked closer I nicely asked if someone is working this station to help he rudely replied no I help people who respect me. Did not let me speak and all I said is I asked a simple question and did not get a “hello be right with you” as any normal person would. Will never return to that one go to a different location!

I went to the location #0587 and ordered a strawberry extreme smoothie. The smoothie tasted like spoiled strawberries and water. Jeremy made my smoothie, so I told him it didn’t taste right and I wanted to change it. He started over talking me and yelling. Saying he refuse to change it because I didn’t even know what I wanted. He was so rude!! He said he will give me a refund, but not the tip. I told him to please refund the tip because he was rude and disrespectful. He said, “no, I will not refund the tip salty ass”. When I ask for the manager he said, he’s the manager. I can’t believe a manager would behave that way. He needs some type of training in customer service!!!
