Gave car back with lugnut missing from rim, whole tire was wobbling when i left the shop. Guy said it was a major problem and I now needed a new rim, said they’d cover it. Called 5 days later to see if fixed. Said they were working on the original rim to make it work. Said i didn’t want that rim since another person already said it was no good. Then tried to convince me to BUY a whole new set, and they’d pay for ONE. After refusing, they order a USED rim, which was different make, different color, and of course incorrect fit. After asking what else they could do. They explained they couldn’t do anything since they lost so much money on it already. LOL how unprofessional, what about my time and my money ? This was about 3 weeks in. Told them to put my old rim back on and figured it with another shop. Incredibly unfortunate
