I bought a new tire this morning and the tire had a bubble in it. Return when I noticed it 4 hours later and had to pay $45 for them to take their bad tire off and replace it with another new one. So unless you like paying for the same service twice I don't recommend going to Mr.tire.

I purchased tires there about a year ago or so and when I went in there I was told that my name was not in the computer and that they have no record of me being there, so I want to know how You're asking my feed back if my name was not in your computer. So I will never purchase anything there ever again and will discourage anyone else from purchasing anything there, I had a warrantee on my tires and they couldn't help me. And I can't find my receipt to prove that I purchased my tires there, thats shameful.

$550 for back brakes is expensive even with new rotors. They charged us $350 for 2 rotors then I looked it up their $160 at local auto parts store so they probably pay half that. That is the definition of gouging
