Marva is horribly unprofessional. Questioning why something is being returned and commenting on the amount of returned items. It’s none of her business. Instructing her to read the item # and not the color of the item on the computer screen when she tosses an item and says it’s not there. My husband stated he has had the same type of experience with her. What a shame. I expect better.

I went in to get a document printed from my email. The first 5 minutes I was completely ignored due to both workers helping other customers... no big deal but when it was my turn, it was as if I was putting her out by asking where to send the document. After slapping a paper with the email to send out to, she walked off. I followed the instructions, got my code but in the meantime another customer came in. Instead of showing me to the self help area, she helped the other customer who was there to pick up a huge order. The second employee asked if I had been helped then showed me over to the self help area. Wow. That must've been more work than they get paid for. The customer service here was horrible. But, I did get my prints so I accomplished the task. I guess good help is hard to find these days.
