Our car broke down 60 miles outside of Ogden on a cross country move. Another mechanic (Jensen) previously said they would be able to get us in, but due to a delayed tow truck, they declined to take us as they had previously promised and said they wouldnt be able to see our car for numerous day. At this point, I was heart broken and defeated but called Arnold Auto, hoping for a miracle. They were able to get me in same day that afternoon to at least see what was wrong. Everyone I worked with (Chad, Sarah, and Keith) were all wonderful and kind people. They were able to get the part my car needed ordered from Salt Lake and delivered overnight. My car was repaired by the next morning and I was back on the road. We successfully and safely made it across country! Sarah was even kind enough to call a couple days later to check in and see how we faired. I'm so incredibly grateful for their flexibility, humanity, and kindness. I would STRONGLY recommend Arnold Auto to anyone need auto care. They saved my car and my trip. Thank you Chad, Sarah, and Keith! You restored my faith in people!
