I appreciate the exceptionally fine work of Jason and his staff in creating my banner for a family reunion. I had hoped to be timelier in presenting the final draft of the banner design, but I was unable to present it to Jason until a week before the reunion! Was treated like the stuff I needed done was a waste of their time, and that I was not a valuable customer. Acting snooty and treating the customer like they are bothering you, and that you don't have the time to take care of them, is a good way to lose business. Take it from a business owner. We will drive on by next time, on our way to a different vendor who is happy to assist promptly and is grateful for our work. I can only assume you don't like doing B2B type work..
