By far one of the worst locations they have! The old dude that works here, he’s tall with glasses, should just retire by now. I came in for general assistance on getting the my van scanned. After getting it scanned and asking about the codes from the scanner, the old guy tells me to Google what it means when I’m legit reading over his shoulder the face of the scanner displaying what the codes mean! Like seriously? It’s that hard this morning to be humane? Advance auto parts please fix this and bring someone in that’s willing to be of assistance to customers that bring in the revenue to print their weekly paychecks. This is ridiculous!

Today I was put in a dangerous situation thanks to the staff at this location, specifically Bob and Alex, who stood by and did not intervene. Yesterday my car died at a stoplight, so today I stopped into the store to see if they could test my battery and possibly replace it. I was immediately shut down by Bob and he told me he could not assist me. After I inquired as to why, he had the audacity to tell me he did not have time because there were other customers in the store (and the person who performs that service was not there). I asked him if he felt the other customers were more valuable than me, and he shut me down again. I explained to Bob the situation and that I was fearful of leaving the store and my car possibly dying again, at which point he continued to show zero empathy or offer assistance and said, "have a good one". Shortly after leaving the store and as expected, my car again died on the road. I was stranded at a very busy intersection waiting for police to arrive for nearly 30-minutes. Meanwhile, cars were honking at, yelling at, and also weaving around me at 40mph. While I understand the battery test is a complimentary service, had Bob taken a moment out of his day to test my battery, not only would the store have received a battery purchase from me, but I could have avoided a potentially even more dangerous situation and saved several hours of my day. What if I had been injured? This was highly unprofessional and negligent and one of the worst customer care experiences I have ever witnessed.
