Purchased a car and was told that they put a new battery in it, they didn’t. They put an extremely old battery in it got died a few days later. Horrible customer service - when I purchased the car, the inspection was not able to be completed because of the “new“ battery. I was told that any tickets that I accumulated during that time because of my inspection would be paid for by Elite Auto House - it has been over two months and I am still attempting to get this issue resolved. I would not recommend purchasing a car from here to anyone.

Bought a car they say they stand behind there cars so far behind you can't see them I bought a car told them I was coming the tire was flat and the brake light bulb where not working so I take car home notice a vibration so immediately next day took to reputable mechanic they told me several things where wrong with the car and it needed new rear brake system so I call they say call our shop they will fix it all no problem so I bring print out of what car needed they said the emergency brake was defective and it needed new brakes it needed new rotors instead they cut the rotors that where heat warped from tire being locked up while driving vehicle anyway they didn't want to put rotors I had to pay and I just bought the car that week and now I found out the reason brake light bulb is blowing is cause the taillight assemblies is cracked the the hood when you opened it was missing all the push pin clips that secure grill to radiator support then I look over and one of the bolts it's there it don't fit they just put a screw to hold in place just to sell car so it was a complete headache very disappointed in this place the car will not pass inspection till I replace taillight assemblies all headaches I was just looking for a good car to get me to doctors appointments not mechanic appointments cause the vehicle needs rear shocks and front brakes now that was my experience I do not recommend this place I feel tooken advantage of
