Even though the lobby was closed this morning due to employee shortage. The mgr opened the door for me knowing I was a truck driver. So I was able to get my order. I thank her for understanding that us truck drivers can't just get anywhere because of the size of our trucks.

Every time I come here the food is either terrible or wrong. EVERY TIME. This last time was the last straw. Burger was overdone, fries were soggy and gross, shake was half melted. I wont be sad in the slightest if this place goes out of business

Ordered a 3 pc egg rolls and got 2 ....ordered a #11 large root beer large curly fries....didn't get #11( made me a chicken ranch with bacon)but when I got home had an extra double burger with bacon and fries!!!! Go figure.....they're hiring

In a small town with few choices, this is decent for fast food. Their hours can be very shifty due to staffing shortages. They have many options other than beef, and quite a few unusual items on the menu. If you are on a time crunch and need to feed the family, you can't go wrong with this JItB.
