I told them they had horrible customer service and they had the audacity to say that I was harassing them 😒 They refused to even contact my insurance to process my claim for a shower chair, while I was on the phone with my insurance company who wanted them to send the claim. I had been a customer of this store for ten years, I'm shocked at how horribly I was treated. I have spent thousands of dollars here, bought two power wheelchairs. The manager of the Draper store reached out to me personally and is going to help me, she has gained a new customer. Goodbye Salt Lake Alpine Home Medical.

I do not think Alpine Home Medical carries Clorox disinfectant you're going to need to keep trying at the grocery stores or call the hospital see if they can assist you with something or give you any ideas. Wash your hands
