Extremely rude cashier. Refused to honor 7Rewards on the 7ELEVEN app and continued to argue. Had a free medium Slurpee on the 7Rewards app, he said the item is "discontinued" and "invalid", offered a small Slurpee instead. He went on say that that's how they how they treat "free" paying customers. Never going back to this store again.

Cashiers over charge you for things and expect you not to notice. The guy working 4/5/22 at 3am tried to steal money from my card. I caught him and his attempt to pretend it was an accident was pathetic. I bought 2 monsters and he charged me for 5. Hire American please in the future.

Rudest Cashiers EVER! Line was almost to the drink cases in back and the Cashier Cathy was too busy flirting with a customer for 10 minutes to bother to check out anyone .

They are not 24 7... they told us they were closing that we needed to hurry up and buy and give. We literally walked in went to get ice-cream and by the time we found the pint we wanted, that's when he told us. WEIRD... Google says 24 7...

Questions & Answers

What ever you do don't leave your credit card...because no one at that 7-11 will know anything.

I don't use credit cards but aren't there card readers on almost all cashier counters in most major store's these days, you almost never have to actually hand over your card to pay with one. How may I ask did you manage to leave your credit card? Did you leave it in a gas pump? It that is the case then with it being a fairly high traffic location the chances of a random customer finding the card You left before a staff member who works inside is almost a promise. So explain 2 me how exactly they should or shouldn't know anything about a very important piece of plastic that you were responsible for and that you mishandled? Cancel the card and pay attention next time it's your credit at stake not theirs
