During the pandemic they have you standing outside in the heat. Most of their clients are pregnant or have very small children with them there has to be something better. Also they took a long time to issue benefits so the wait was long and hot. I just feel like if this is what must be done shorten the process, because I waited longer than I would in person with a long line. The line was short and it took the longer I have ever seen.
