I’ve been coming here for six years. Before Covid it was the most convenient being 24 seven and right next to where I live. I’ve never had a problem with them once. And being a rewards member is highly beneficial when they have a ton of sales. Today I went in today to get some nausea medicine from the pharmacy because I am about to have my baby but I’m still super sick. After I got my nausea medicine I noticed that there was a deal on soda, Coke products was buy two get a pack free. You know the 12 packs? Anyways! I was walking up to get a cart, and a lovely lady had offered to help me grab the sodas because of how pregnant I am, and I have severe carpal tunnel in both my hands. I can’t grab and hold things in my hands longer than 3 seconds without my hands dropping things or going numb. The ladies name I believe was Bree and she worked there. She worked in the cosmetic section. She was very informative in the regards of the coupons that I was using. After I checked out of the pharmacy with my medicine I got a coupon for five dollars if I spend 15. I spent $32. And she was telling me how I should use the coupon and shouldn’t to better Benefit the purchase. Now this woman did not have to help me at all. In fact most of the time nobody goes out of their way to help me at all ever, so I was shocked when somebody had offered to help me. It was not only very nice but I really needed it today with how bad my hands hurt. She was very friendly and very nice. Aside from the amazing staff the pharmacy I found out is no longer 24/7 which is a NEW change since June, I don’t go here enough to know these things and when I do I use the drive through but this information is helpful because when my kids are sick and I take them into the ER and I have to have a medicine prescribed to them to pick up, now I know I can’t go there at night at 3am in the morning to get the medicine which is highly unfortunate but they are SEVERELY understaffed and they’re doing the best they can. So o cannot complain. All the staff in the pharmacy has also been super friendly to be and fast at getting things done. Quick. Efficient. Knowledgeable. The place is always very clean, and there’s always an employee on the side to help me with anything I need or any questions I have. I literally have no complaints about any of the people ever that have worked here. They have always been nice to me over the last five years I’ve been going here. Every single person.

They used to be great, but lately service at the pharmacy has gone downhill very rapidly. I ordered a simple refill for a medication and it was filled but they didn't bill my insurance. Didn't know I needed specify to do that. When you call them you are now on hold for 30 to 60 minutes or someone doesn't even pick up at all. When I went to the store and told them I would wait for my prescription they finally worked on it. Still took another 45 minutes of me sitting there.

I was told on the phone that my prescription had been filled but when I showed up Kelly told I would need to wait 20-30 minutes. She said they were 2 days behind on filling prescriptions (I don't know how that equals a 20-30 minute wait). I said I would wait and Kelly told me that I would need to go to the back of the line or I would have the police called on me. Seriously, she threatened to call the police. There was no apology for their mistakes. After 30 minutes I got back in line and was told it was still not ready and there was nothing I could do to change that, and there was still no apology. CVS is down the block. I would suggest people take their business there. I plan to call my doctor tomorrow and have my scripts sent there from now on.

Like many others, I've experienced very long wait times in line at the drive-thru for prescriptions and in general just waiting for prescriptions to be filled. Talking with a pharmacist tech, they said that they're currently having to try and fill all scripts in 14 hours when they used to have 24 hours. Cut backs? I'm sure prescriptions are arising during the pandemic. Employees feel overworked/overwhelmed and customer experience has been suffering for many many months with no improvements. Seems all pharmacies in the area are having the same issues.

all you need to do is purchase a Sharps container and put them in it and then tape it shut securely and throw them in your trash can. make sure to label it “USED HOUSEHOLD SHARPS - DO NOT RECYCLE” and the lid must be able to close. that is the directions from the state of idaho website.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe so. If no, you are able to use as small as a mini SD Card.
