OnCourse keeping the power off for 24 hours in a neighborhood that has a bunch of old people that have oxygen tanks that need the power and they aren't doing anything about it because AT&T knocked it out

Consistent outages. Poorly maintained equipment. Trouble spots they’ve known about for years, and done nothing. Oncor cares about improving share prices for Sempra, and that is their only mission.

It is so sad that after the winter storm my electric bill has doubled. This company is horrible. They have taken advantage of people. I was without lights for 4 days.This is ridiculous

I understand Oncor offers an incentive to customers replacing old/inefficient HAV systems with new energy efficient units. How does that work and how much is it? Who do I talk to?
