I believe the person manning the tell at this location was dishonest in their actions and intent, and I think it is important that I share. I needed to break a 10 to get something so I got two drinks. My total was $4.64, I paid with the 10 and 64 cents, and did not receive change, but since I normally just pay with a card I didn’t think about it until I got to the place where I needed to pick up the thing and I realized I did not have the $6 and I check the receipt and it says $.34 change which means the teller entered that I gave a 5. However I said here is 64 cents and a 10 then gave that amount of money. Then when we returned a few minutes later and asked about the missing money the window person didn’t even question it and immediately just jumped into excuses then returned the money.

I wasn't to happy with the service I received. I understand that times are hard and it's hard to keep good employees but my issues weren't due to order time or quality of food. It was a poor quality of service. And it was more expensive than expected.

Y’all need to send an RM out to clean this mess up. Your employees are seemingly rude and self righteous and from the sounds of other reviews I’m not the only one to experience this. I don’t believe it’s the employees though. I’m not going to put anyone on blast, rather the entire operation. Really sonic, who is steering the ship here? Who’s managing these teenagers? They can’t be expected to run your facility with weak leadership and little experience and keep their heads on straight. The last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had issues, and it seems many others have had the same issues as well.

Went through the drive thru tonight and got my order completely screwed up. Didn’t realize till I got home that the gave me an entirely wrong drink.
