The donation people in the back are the rudest I have ever come across. The lady had an attitude because I couldn't come up with "how many bags and boxes", because I didn't have it organized like that. They seemed to be annoyed because we had a good bit of stuff, but I thought these places thrived on donations? Not only did she have a nasty attitude, when they started unloading our stuff, they took about half, then another woman comes up being so freaking rude saying "we can't take this, there's dirty diapers and everything is filthy" um, there was a little dust and I'm sorry, they were not dirty diapers, they were loose in a bag. Tried to claim our clothing were stained when they absolutely were not, they just didn't want to deal with it and I knew it from the moment they saw our truck. I will donate to st. Vincents from now on,they actually help the community and are not in any way EVER ugly to us when we have donated before. The youth ranch has become overpriced, and the treatment we got today just affirmed I no longer need to shop there. I don't know what happened, but this is not the place it used to be. Make sure everything you donate is pristine or name brand, and only bring a couple things, otherwise they will treat you like garbage. Sorry I thought my used clothing, diapers (which I've seen loose in bags before In the store numerous times) baby toys, shoes etc. Would be better going to someone who could use it than the trash. They are all about profit now it seems. Makes me very sad. At first I thought I was over reacting, but my very rational boyfriend was even upset, we didn't deserve to be treated like we were bringing them bags of trash when it was perfectly good clothing and other items. If I can edit I'll post some pics tomorrow showing what we were intending to donate!

I'd like to!!!!!!Alert the Public!!!!!!....that YESTERDAY I found a grey folding knife in a kid bag of race cars. I showed another parent the knife and I took the bag of cars to the cashier. PARENTS BEWARE !!! Check the toys.. The cashier told me," this shouldn't have been out" and I told her, " well it was" the cashier turned to her coworker- (another cashier )and told her..." there was a tool in another bag of toys" I contacted the corporate office to inform them of the knife. Later the Manager of the store - Daniel calls me With a bunch of lies...his staff lied to him about the bag and about the knife....they lied about the entire subject. Which irked me....if I wasn't so in a hurry ...I should have taken a picture or bought the bag. This manager needs more training to think that a costumer would go our of their way...just because??? For Goddness sake..a knife is a dangerous object for a child to handle. There could have been severe consequences for someone's reckless behavior.

So excited to find utensils that we needed. Great busy place.

Honestly the worst and rudest donation process I’ve ever done, first As I pulled in the guy was really rude while informing me that I hadn’t pulled in correctly. Secondly, no one came to help me with my donations so I set them on the floor from my trunk and they all watched me. Then I was scolded and asked to put my donations on the shelves instead of the floor….. no one said anything else's

They will take all donations of this type, I believe.
Around to the side where they will except them there!
Yes but only if it is a larger item
The trash company DOES NOT pick them up for free. They add $15 to your bill.
