THEY GUY WORKING THE WINDOW AT 11:30am JUNE 22, 2022 IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WORKER MADE ME WANT TO DRIVE OFF WHILE ORDERING ! Makes Wendy’s look very horrible I will never ever go back to Wendy’s again because of him ! My order was so simple all I wanted was spicy nuggets and he purposely gave me regular nuggets !! RUINED MY WHOLE DAY IM STARVING AND I HATE THE REGULAR NUGGETS THAT WAS SO RUDE OF HIM I CANT BELIEVE THERES PEOPLE LIKE THAT IN THIS WORLD !

I went through the drive-through I had a appointment down at UT Southwestern yesterday started to stop and get the 4 by 4 small little meal delicious it was hot it was made fresh and the person that I was speaking to to make my order was A nice person I even made sure that I said so to the front window people just like I appreciate them working hard I'm working hard I didn't answer some of the can't answer in the positive because I only went through the drive thru so Now I imagine that all Wendy's have Some type of delivery service and I'm pretty sure they would bring your meal out to you if you ordered it . Now in all disclosure I don't use delivery services anymore I have found it's a whole lot more enjoyable too be some place in person . I really hate to give $20 tips when I bought a meal for less than $5 it's mathematics not that I'm saying that these people aren't worthy of that money it's just just I don't tip more than what I pay for the food and today's gas prices that's not fair so to be fair I just don't use Those types of delivery services Thanks for reading everyone and for those of you who've never been to a Wendy' They do have a lot of offerings and a lot of choices and I like that well good luck everyone

Horrible customer service by the manager at the drive thru. Didn’t get my order correct waited at the window 10 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me. The manager’s response was we have mobile orders we have to take care of. What ?????

That's really more of a review but I agree with Michael 911 and get away, be safe first. I'm sure that's what the employees are doing now.
I totally agree this is something that the manager needs to address and yes Wendy's employee's can be very disrespectful. They need to have them tale some educational classes on being professional to their customers because without our money they would not have a job. Good luck getting this issue resolved.
Only way, is through the app besides calling for sure.
