Sat in drive thru for 5 min and had to call to get them to take my order, the employee was rude who took my order. The donuts were ice cold and the coffee was god awful . Would not recommend going here, I know I won't be going back.

I ordered through the app and went through the drive through for pick up. Everything was paid for ahead of time. When I arrived they stated several of my items were not available. I asked to just get a refund because I did not like the alternative options that were similar in price, and they stated I had to take that up with the “app people”. I asked what that meant. The girl at the window was very rude and told me it was not her problem. I left without my food or my money. I pulled into a parking spot and immediately tried to figure out how to contact the “app people” but it was a weekend so I only got someone through an automated system. I have talked to several people since who have said I would be refunded. It’s been 4 weeks and I still have not. Sadly this is not my first experience with this location being rude or the food being gross. I will not be going back. This location need to get it together!

Absolutely very disappointed. I love DD coffee and mostly take coffee at DD at Coldwater, Today I came to Illinois rd DD to get coffee, the girl gave me coffee at the drive true window . The coffee lid was not well closed so that the hot coffee was pouring on my hand. I approached the girl and tell her that coffee pour and to take it to replace it. She said she couldn't take her coffee back because of Covid. I asked her how I took coffee from you, you don't have gloves, you gave me coffee with your bare hands, and you won't take coffee back from me. You're kidding me. I threw away my coffee and parked the car and went inside. My hand was red from the burn, I looked for the manager and told her the problem. the manager told me they have to follow the rules. If you work according to follow the rules why don't you wear gloves and masks, If you are afraid of the Corona. They gave me another coffee and I angrily left the DD. I will never come to this location again. Horrible

Don’t go here unless you want to wait in a drive thru line for 30 minutes to hear they aren’t serving food items because they are “too short staffed”😑 which I’ve never heard anyone say before at any restaurant. absolutely the worst coffee shop in Fort Wayne
