Wendy is always amazing.... I've lived in big Bear most my life and the locals like myself are treated excellent. The non-locals are upset because they're always in a rush. Visitors are encouraged to stay down the hill if they're not happy.

Unreliable. Can make a notary appointment online but then they refuse to do it, because they are too busy. Why allow for appointment scheduling? Waste of time. Printed a page of paper from online and paid for it. Not ready 24 hours later. If they're not offering the basic UPS store services (in the middle of a weekday in between tourist seasons), they shouldn't advertise that they do.

I had a phone to send back to verizon that I dropped off at this store. I left it with the clerk directly and later found out it was never sent out! It was my fault for being so trusting, but my phone was stolen and now I am out $800. Whether it was an employee or someone coming into the store... this isn't acceptable. I've filed a complaint with corporate and I am going to the police next. This store is SUPER shady.
